A recent news item has stated that the authroties are to ban the publication of league tables for younger age groups.
Our league has not allow tables for Under 11's downwards for some years now... just another example of your legaue leading the field in innovative thinking !!

1 Year rule

To save answering any more phone calls, the 1 year rule from Under 7s to Under 11s means that players must play in their own age group, ie. an under 7 can only play in the Under 7s League, an under 8 in the Under 8s league, under 9 in Under 9s league etc. The Under 12s to Under 18s leagues remain a 2 year age rule.
This was voted in at the EGM by the membership and complies with the English FA rules.
